Agile Lab provides consultancy, coaching and training in Agile methods to people in a variety of industries including video game development and online digital media. We are always working to tell people about how Agile methods can help them and to understand them better ourselves.

Our most popular course so far is called "Crawl before you Leap - An Introduction to Agile Methods" (book here) and provides course participants with a thorough understanding of Agile principles and practice. We know this course is successful. We have delivered it many times and the feedback is always excellent.

Agile Lab courses are developed by its founders: Matt Gould, a project manager and business development professional and Mark Stringer, a researcher and developer.
